Store Credit Usage Policy
$1 store credit equals $1 and can be used for partial or full payment at checkout.
If an order using store credit is returned, the credited amount will not be refunded and will be deducted from the accumulated balance.
Store credit must be applied at checkout and cannot be used after an order is placed.
No invoice will be issued for orders fully paid with store credit.
Store credit cannot be restored after its expiration date.
If the order total after applying store credit does not meet the free shipping threshold, free shipping will not apply.
Store Credit Validity Period
New Member Store Credit is issued upon registration and is valid for 60 days.
Purchase Cashback Store Credit is issued 7 days after shipment and is valid for 365 days.
Birthday Gift Store Credit is issued on the member’s birthday and is valid for 30 days.
