Important Notes

Do not microwave the empty bowl for more than 45 seconds.
Do not use microwave settings at “High”or above. “Medium”(700–800W) is recommended.
Do not microwave repeatedly. Allow at least 120 minutes between each heating cycle.
Do not allow direct contact with high-fat, high-temperature foods (temperature must not exceed 100°C).
If the product is cracked, stop using it immediately.
