What are the differences between ZENLET The Wallet and Zenlet 2 Series?

  1. The major difference lies in the material.  ZENLET The Wallet is made of PC while Zenlet 2 Series is made of aluminium alloy.
  2. The strucure of the RFID blocking mechanism for both are difference.  The RFID blocking mechanism of Zenlet 2/ 2+ of Zenlet 2 Series is modifed into a RFID Tray which replaces the RFID blocking card of ZENLET The Wallet and it does not take up space.

What are the features particular to Zenlet 2 Series?

  1. The tilting feature allows the use to pull out the card easily in an array of cards when the wallet is slided open.
  2. The RFID Tray of Zenlet 2/2+  will not take up any space and allow for more room to store cards.  However, the RFID Tray still need to be loaded insdie the wallet if the user does not need the function of taging on & off the card reader.

What are the differences among 3 models of Zenlet 2 Series in terms of tagging on & off and RFID blocking?

Since Zenlet AL is made of aluminium alloy case body, the cards inside the wallet will not be read when taging on and off the card reader.  However, for Zenlet 2/2+, the plastic panel is assembled to the top of the alumuminium alloy case body, which makes the card loaded on RFID Tray be read by the card reader.  All 3 models of Zenlet 2 Series are made of aluminium alloy case body and are equipped with the RFID-blocking function.  

Can we load the banknotes or business cards to Zenlet 2 Series?

Yes, you can store banknotes in any of these 3 models of Zenlet 2 Series.  However, it will take up some space and allows for less cards to be loaded.  Zenlet 2 Sereis is specialized designed and is an ideal accessory to store business cards neatly.

Why sometimes the card reader cannot read my card when I tag my Zenlet 2/2+ on it?

There are many reasons why your card cannot be read by the card reader when tagging on the card reader.  To sum up, there are two major factors. 

(1) The electromagnetic wave of the card reader is weak.

(2) The coil inside the card is smaller or the card is damaged after being used for a long time.  Therefore, we would suggest loading a different card on the RFID Tray to see if it can be read by the card reader.  If not, please contact our Customer Sercie for further assistance. 

Do I have to load the RFID Tray to my Zenlet 2/2+ even if I don't need to have my card ready by the card reader?
How do I install RFID Tray to my Zenlet 2/2+?

  1. Whether or not you wil need the function of "tap & pay", you still have to install RFID Tray (without card) inside the wallet.

Do you accept American Express?

Yes.  We accept American Express.  Since it will be done via PayPal, please contact our Cusomer Service for further assistance.

I tried placing my order using my credit card but the order was not successful.  What should I do?

Since the credti card will be swiped in Taiwan, it is an international transactions to some customers.  As the card-issuing banks are more cautious with the international transactions, they will have certain concerns and restrictions.  We will suggest contact your bank for further assistance.

When to expect the delivery if I placed the order sucessfully?

Except for the customized orders or pre-orders, the shipment will be dispatched  3 working days after receipt of the order.

How long will my order be processed before shipment?

Our office is closed every Saturday, Sun, and public holidays.  If you place an order on Sat., Sun., or a public holiday,  your order will be processed the following business day.

I placed an order as a gift to my friend.  How can I request faster shipping for it?

If you would like your order shipped by a faster method, we can arrange to ship it via t-cat (within Taiwan), DHL, EMS, or SF Express.  Pleae PM us on Facebook for further details.

Will ZENLET issue Taiwan Uniform Invoice for my order?  Can I put the company's tax ID No. on it? 

Yes.  We will issue electronic Taiwan Uniform Invoice in batches.  If you have any special requests about the invoicing vehicle or company's tax ID No., please specify it in the "Remark For Shop" of your order.  If you need to put the company's tax ID No. on Taiwan Uniform Invoice, the paper copy of Taiwan Uniform Invoice will be issused and shipped with your order.

Where and how can I enter the promo code?

Promo code (i.e. discount code) is entered after you hit the button of "Checkout". It is under "Order Summary".  After you enter the promo code, the system will calculate and come up with the total amount to be confirmed.  In addition, you can use both of the promo code and coupon at the same time to get more discounts.

How can I get coupons for free?

Once you've registered and become a member, you will be awarded a coupon with value of NT$200.  You can redeem NT$200 on every purchase of at least NT$1000.

After-Sales Service

What do I do if I have problems with my Zenlet wallets?

We provide a one-year warranty for all ZENLET wallets including ZENLET The Wallet and Zenlet 2 Series. If you are experiencing any problems with your ZENLET wallets during the warranty period, we will provide free repair except that the shipping costs to ship the wallet to us for the repair will be borne by the customer.

This warranty strictly does not cover damages that arose from negligence, misuse, wear and tear, or not in accordance with product instructions (dropping the product, etc.).

Do you offer a warranty on your products?

We provide 2 different types of warranty for our products.

  1. For the warranty of Orbitkey products, Orbitkey offer a two-year limited warranty on all Orbitkey products sold.  For more details, please click the following Orbitkey official website(click me).  
  2. For ZENLET The Wallet and Zenlet 2 Series, ZENLET provide one-year warranty.  During the one-year warranty period, ZENLET will provide free repair except that the shipping costs to ship the wallet back to us for the repair will be borne by the customer.  This warranty strictly does not cover damages that arose from negligence, misuse, wear and tear, or not in accordance with product instructions (dropping the product, etc.)  For further details, please refer to Warranty(click me).

What happens if the warranty expires? Can I still get a free repair?

If the warranty period expires, you can still contact us for the repair.  If the repair is related the internal parts, we will provide the service to replace the internal parts for you at no additional costs. 

However, the shipping costs to ship the wallets that have been repaired will be borne by the customers.  For the repair other the replacement of the internal parts, please contact our CS Team for further details.

Returns & Refunds

How do I return / replace a product?

If you need to return or replace a product, please leave a messag to our online store or send a private message on our Facebook.  Our CS Team will be in contact with you.

What if the delivered item is not what I want? Can I exchange it with other products?

Yes, you can exchange the item received with other ZENLET products.  If a price difference arises due to the exchange, you may need to return the item previously received and placed an order of the new item that you want.  If there is no price difference between these items, you may contact our Customer Service for an exchange. 

How long does it take for a returned item to be refunded?

When the returned item is received, we will check the condition of the wallet to determine if there is a need to refurbish the wallet to a re-sellable condition.  If there is a need to refurbish the returned wallet, our Customer Service will advise the related refurbishment fees.  The amount after deducting the refurbishment fee will be processed in batches within 7 working days.
