(“ZENLET”) when using the ZENLET Online Shop, are a legal agreement between you and ZENLET. ORDERING
After you complete the ordering process and pay for it on ZENLET Online Shop, please note the buying and selling relationship between you and ZENLET has not yet been established as you have only made a request to order the products or services supplied by ZENLET. Any automated notifications relating to your order, whether it is in the form of email or message, is merely a notification that ZENLET is not bound by such a notification.
You understand, acknowledge, and is aware that ZENLET explicitly reserve the right whether to revoke or amend your order without any liability before the shipping advise is issued and sent to you.
You agree the product and service are subject to the descriptions in the product specifications, instruction manual or sales agreement. The general illustration about the product or service provided by ZENLET Online Shop including but not limited to the video, specifications, images, instruction or function are offered to you as the reference to help you make the buying decision.
ZENLET agree to use the commercially reasonable best efforts to provide the information and description of the products and services supplied within its Online Shop accurately. ZENLET cannot guarantee on the real-time updates, completeness, consistency, and accuracy of the information on its Online Shop, especially when it relates to the stock availability, prices, and the shipping dates of the products and services as they will depend on the actual situations.
The shipping advice issued by ZENLET Online Shop is the sole confirmation of your order. After the shipping advice is being forwarded to your email, your order will become effective upon the receipt of it
Under certain circumstances, ZENLET believe you are involved in the illegal, fraudulent or any other criminal activities, you are unable to executive the order agreement, or you violate any rules stated in this Terms of Use, in addition to the rights conferred by law, ZENLET has the right to refuse to sell products or provide service which includs but not limited to the cancellation of your rights and privileges on the ZENLET Online Shop, the suspension of shipment, or any contractual relationship between you and ZENLET Online Shop.
PRICING
Unless otherwise stated, the product prices displayed on the ZENLET Online Shop are exclusive to the shipping fees, commodity tax, import duty, VAT or government fees incurred, and also the administrative expenses such as the ZENLET employees’ wages, etc. You should pay for the order on the required date on ZENLET Online Shop. If you fail to pay for it on time, ZENLET Online Shop will retain the right to make necessary recovery regardless if the product or service has been delivered to you.
The amount that you should pay for the order is based on the prices stated on the shipping advice issued by ZENLET Online Shop.
If you chose to pay for the order via the third-party payment, you agree and abide by the terms and conditions issued by the third-party payment. ZENLET Online Shop will not be held liable for any legal issues incurred between you and the third-party payment. You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ZENLET, its directors, officers, employees, agents, partners, suppliers, and licensors and will keep them indemnified from any third party claim or demand, including reasonable litigation expenses and the attorneys’ fees.
The product prices displayed on the ZENLET Online Shop may be subject to change. ZENLET reserve the right to change prices without notice. Please note that even though ZENLET Online Shop is composed with care, it is possible that the pricing information may contain errors. ZENLET is not bound by the offers and ZENLET reserve the right to cancel your purchase in the event of such error.
SHIPPING
ZENLET Online Shop ship products from Monday through Friday and do not ship on the public holidays. ZENLET Online Shop will act in good faith and try to ship on time to the extent this is commercially reasonable. ZENLET will do its best to execute the order, but will not guarantee timely delivery.
ZENLET agree to use the commercially reasonable best efforts to ship your order in accordance with the instructions and information specified on the shipping device within the reasonable time frame. Due to the uncertain factors such as the weather, traffic condition, remote location, and the efficiency of the local Post Office in the receiving country, it is possible that the shipping will be delayed. ZENLET Online Shop will not be held liable for any legal issues incurred between you and the third-party payment. You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ZENLET, its directors, officers, employees, agents, partners, suppliers, and licensors and will keep them indemnified from any third party claim or demand, including reasonable litigation expenses and the attorneys’ fees.
When you complete the purchase process, the shipping fees depending on your selected shipping method will be added to the total amount of your order. You are liable to bear any costs incurred during the shipping process including but not limited to the shipping fees, commodity tax, import duty, VAT or government fees incurred, and the administrative expenses such as the ZENLET employees’ wages, etc.
If you decide to change the delivery address or the shipping methods, you are liable for the additional costs that may incur. If you use the omni-channel retailing, you cannot change the collection point to pick up your parcel.
If you refuse to sign for the parcel when delivered or refuse to pick up the parcel from the collection point intentionally and with no legitimate reason, the risk, loss, and costs incurred associated with the delayed shipment will be conferred to you and you will be liable for the bearing the risk, loss, and costs.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The application of Return Policy will vary depending on the circumstance how the product is shipped. Before placing an order on ZENLET Online Shop, you read, agree, and abide by to the terms and conditions stated in Return Policy. If the terms and conditions of Return Policy have been in compliance, you are entitled to return products delivered to you in the event that they are defective or otherwise not in conformity with your order when you received them.
If the warranty of the products or service has been offered, the warranty should be reviewed individually based on the type of the product and service. If the product or service is offered to ZENLET by the third-party, you agree to terms and conditions of the warranty provided by the third-party.
You should use the product or service in compliance with the product specifications and the instructions. ZENLET shall not be liable for damage incurred by a third party resulting from the use of any of our products. ZENLET shall not be liable for damage incurred by you as a result of your improper use of any of our products. GENERAL PROVISIONS

Your continued use of the service provided by ZENLET Online Shop after the updated version of this Term of Use becomes effective constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated version of the terms. If you do not agree to any updated version, you must immediately terminate your registration and discontinue your use at the site of zenlet.co However, you are still liable for paying all of the costs incurred before the termination of the registration.
This Term of Use is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of China, Taiwan and courts in Taipei, Taiwan only shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to the purchase order, sale transaction, shipping or product warranty. In the event any dispute, you agree to act in good faith to attempt in the first instance to resolve such a dispute through friendly and good faith consultations. If the said dispute has not been resolved through friendly and good faith consultations, you or ZENLET shall file for a mediation with Taipei District Court. If an agreement for the mediation has not been reached, you or ZENLET shall file a claim to seek the remedy with the applicable law. You agree and you hereby consent that any action at law arising out of or relating to these terms shall be filed only in Taipei District Court located in Taipei, Taiwan, the Republic of China for the purposes of litigating any such action.
