Effective from June 1st, 2019, applicable to the existing and the new customers, the warranty terms and conditions of ZENLET The Ingenious Wallet and Zenlet 2 Series (including Zenlet AL, Zenlet 2, and Zenlet 2+) will be revised as follows.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Except for the defects occurred on the aluminum case body, PC panel, spring plate, or RFID tray, ZENLET will provide the free repair to the defective wallets that have been used with care and that have been used under the normal operating condition.
All ZENLET products are covered by a one-year warranty unless otherwise stated.
For purchases made at the offline stores, the warranty period of product starts from the date of purchase which is stated on the receipt or invoice.
For purchases made at online stores in Taiwan, the warranty period of product starts from the date of purchase when the invoice is issued. Since there will be no invoices issued for the international orders, the warranty period will start from the date when the order is shipped.
Each product will receive a global warranty
2.WARRANTY PERIOD HAS EXPIRED
ZENLET will act in good faith to provide the free repair to all defects except for the defects occurred on the aluminum case body, PC panel, spring plate, or RFID tray. For the repair of the defects on the aluminium case body, PC panel, spring plate or RFID tray, the customer may either consult our CS Team via emails or arrange to send the defective product back to us to get a quote for the repair. After the repair is completed, the costs to ship the product back to the customer will be borne by the customer.
