【 Production process 】

1.Order Confirmation：Your order is confirmed after it is placed with the full payment. Immediately, you will receive an email attached with the link to the form of "Zenlet 2 & 2 Plus Front Panel Customization". Please fill out and submit the form for your order.

2. Upload Your NFT Images:Please upload your NFT images (either JPG, PNG, or TIFF format) with at least 820*820 pixels.*If your artwork is in the format of MP4 or GIF, please take a screenshot and upload it.

3.When filling out the form :If you choose not to provide the required information, please leave the space blank. However, please note the blank space will be replaced with a “ - “ when it is printed on the NFT card.

4. Review & Printing：

The uploaded images will be reviewed and forwarded to the print shop for printing on the following Monday.

5. Shipping

The lead time in printing is 21-30 working days after the images are confirmed and sent to the print shop on every Monday. Your order will be shipped once they are ready.

【 Custom Order Process 】

① NFTs | The image will be trimmed off the edge slightly due to the bleed printing.
② NFT Project Name | If the length of the name is short, the second line will be printed [ - ] instead.
③ Details | Owned by、Last Traded、Purchase Date. *Those areas will be printed [ - ] if one doesn't wish to reveal.
④ Slots | If the background of your picture is fully covered in non-white colors, there will be 8 slots of white marks.
⑤ Logo | Embossing effects of ZENLET logo (located at the bottom of the panel)

【Special Notes】

・The purchaser must have the ownership of the uploaded NFT.

・The surface of the panel is painted with matte finish to deliver a smooth, transparent, and subtle look.

・The general printing tolerance is ±2mm.

・Due to the factors such as the equipment used or the color differences caused by the monitor, it is possible the printed image on the front panel will be slightly different from the original image or design previously uploaded. That being said, the printing effect will be as what has shown on the panel that it cannot be used as a reason for a return, exchange or refund.
